01 — Power BI Environment Setup

 

What you do now: you don’t have a reporting environment accessible from your computer and mobile, where you can see all the important data and make decisions — information is scattered and there is no clear picture of the business.

 

What you get:

🔹 Creation of or connection to an existing Power BI workspace

🔹 Access and permissions setup for up to 10 users

 

02 — Report & Data Source Discovery

 

What you do now: you don’t know exactly which KPIs to track and data sits in separate Excel files, databases, and applications — there is no unified view of the business.

 

What you get:

🔹 Discovery workshop to identify KPIs and reporting needs

🔹 Connection to up to 3 data sources: Excel, SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse

🔹 Power BI dataset build: data cleaning, transformations, and modeling

 

03 — Power BI Report Design

 

What you do now: reports are static Excel tables sent by email — there are no interactive visualizations and you cannot filter or analyze data in real time.

 

What you get:

🔹 A complete Power BI report with up to 5 pages

🔹 Up to 15 visualizations: charts, tables, KPIs

🔹 Basic slicers and drill-through for interactivity

 

04 — Training, Go-Live & Hypercare Support

 

What happens now: after a report is delivered the team doesn’t know how to use it or update the data — the report quickly becomes outdated and unused.

 

What you get:

🔹 Report publishing and automatic data refresh configuration

🔹 Two training sessions (up to 2h each) + user manuals

🔹 2 weeks of post-implementation support (Hypercare)
