• Email – we need this information to be able to contact you and provide you with information about the courses.
• Company – we need this information to better customize the offer regarding the courses we offer.

 

Based on your consent received through accepting cookie modules that are not absolutely necessary for the functionality of the site or by customizing your choices, for the purpose of administering our site as efficiently as possible and improving the communication and presentation of the products and services we offer, we collect the following personal data:

• IP address to identify the countries, localities from which we have visitors to the site

What Do We Do with Your Personal Data?

Your personal data is processed by us in Romania. We process your data solely for the purpose of providing you with our IT services and solutions.

Hosting and storage of your personal data take place in data centers located in the EU.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Your personal data originating from the messages you transmit to us will be kept for 1 year from the last interaction, if we do not enter into a contractual relationship. If we start a partnership, we will sign a contract together with a separate annex regarding the processing of personal data, specifying what personal data we will process and how long we will keep it, in accordance with Romanian legislation.

4. The right to erasure – you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data when we no longer have any legal basis for processing it. 
5. The right to restrict processing – in cases provided for in art. 18 of the GDPR, you can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data 
6. The right to transmit your data to another controller – you have the right to ask us to transfer your data to another controller when your data is in a format that allows us to transfer it to another controller in an automated and easily accessible format. 
7. The right to object to data processing – in cases provided for in art. 21 of the GDPR, you can ask us not to process your personal data anymore. 
8. The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling with legal or similarly significant effects on you 
9. The right to seek justice for the defense of your rights and interests. 
10. The right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
