03 — Timesheets, Remote Work & Travel Orders (optional)

 

What you do now: timesheets are filled in retroactively or not at all, remote work requests arrive by email, and travel orders are on paper — with no centralized record.

 

What you get:

🔹 Daily timesheets with automatic validations (max 8h/day, no overlaps), locked at 11:30 PM and monthly reporting

🔹 Remote work: request → manager approval → timesheet and attendance update

04 — Training & Post Go-Live Support (Hypercare 10h/2 weeks)

 

What happens now: the team receives a new tool and is left on their own — no structured training, no quick support, and adoption drops week after week.
